Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@petsparadises.store.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
